Settings
On the Settings page, you can access important support and account management options. Here, you will find three buttons: About Us, Help, and Feedback, allowing you to learn more about SentooGo and get assistance when needed. At the bottom of the page, the Disconnect button lets you unlink the device from the merchant account. Use this page to manage your settings and ensure a smooth experience with SentooGo.
Disconnect button
To remove your account from a device, use the “Disconnect” button. Once disconnected, you will no longer be able to log in with your account on that device.
Tap the Disconnect button to open a confirmation message.
The message includes:
"Disconnect Device" in bold.
A warning that once disconnected, data cannot be retrieved for this device.
A question asking if you are sure you want to proceed.
At the bottom, two buttons are available:
Cancel (left) to stop the action.
Disconnect (right, red) to confirm and disconnect the device.
